Don't talk about inclusiveness, ..... just act!

On the Le's Talk Leadership platform we had an inspiring conversation with two young influencers about what needs to be changed in the world to really become inclusive. Their message: don't talk about it, just act:

encourage people to to take risks, provide a safe place to learn from mistakes, collaborate across generations, make space for your people and really listen and be receptive.
